THE FOCUS OF THIS PART OF THE STUDY
     
This part of the study brings the appplication of the business principles and practice
contained in the earlier part of the study into play.
     
It focuses on an assessment of Government’s performance as it applies to the first
phase of Tuckman’s growth and development process

 

Later posts look at performance in the other phases, i.e. storming, norming and  performing. All evaluations centre on ANC governance since the official end of Apartheid

Forming aims at creating a strong and effective government foundation to support (i) future work processes and (ii) the manner in which officials interact. Actions taken to build a stable and united nation are included in these.
